The Afro-Colombian Singer Mixing Folkloric Traditions With Electronic Vibes.
Colombian singer and researcher of Pacific music. She began with the group Canalón de Timbiquí and has a solo career. Among her musical genres are cumbia and currulao .

Professional career
She was originally a teacher, but left to dedicate herself to music. She studied a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Santiago de Cali and was a teacher in Villarrica for 10 years. Her mother and grandmother are also singers from the Colombian Pacific.

In Protected content met the English producer Quantic . She was nominated for a Latin Grammy for 'De mar y río' as best folk album. This was the first time that a Pacific folklore album was nominated for a Grammy. This album brought together three generations of musical families from Timbiquí, Cauca.

He has collaborated with La Pacifican Power , Ondatrópica , Pacífico Sinfónico , Bahía, AleKuma, Herencia de Timbiquí , De Palenque a Matongue and Dizzy Mandjeku, The Bongo Hop , Búho, Montoya, Malecón, Orishas among others. His work is committed to the preservation of the oral and musical tradition of his community. He has protested against indifference to acts of violence that afflict the black community. Góngora claims music that heals, music that fills us with hope and not just music for parties and excesses.

Góngora is also an entrepreneur, and her products are based on Pacific traditions. She runs a viche brand .
